  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

  • Booking Process: All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by the relevant Provider. Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email outlining the details of your excursion.
  • Payment Methods: Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways, including Stripe and PayPal. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the total amount to your selected payment method.
  • Payment Security: All payment transactions are encrypted and processed securely. We do not store your full credit/debit card information on our servers.
  • Accuracy of Information: Tripotap Tourism LLC is not responsible for errors or omissions in the booking details provided by you. Please review all booking information carefully before confirming.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • User Cancellations: Cancellation policies vary by Provider and are outlined during the booking process. Refund eligibility depends on the Provider's terms.
  • Provider Cancellations: If a Provider cancels your booking, we will assist you in obtaining a full refund or rescheduling your excursion.
  • No-Show Policy: Failure to appear for a booked excursion may result in the forfeiture of your payment, subject to the Provider's terms.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Ownership: All content on the Platform—including text, graphics, logos, and software—is the property of Tripotap Tourism LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
  • License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tripotap Tourism LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform or Services.
