Cancellation Policy

• 24-Hour Cancellation: Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time incur no charges.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour departure time will incur 100% charges.
• Refund Process: If eligible for a refund, your amount will be returned within 7 working days.

Child Policy

• Infants: Children under 3 years will be considered infants, with free entry.
• Children: Children aged 3 to 10 years will be classified as children and charged the child rate.
• Adults: Children above 10 years will be classified as adults and charged the adult rate.

• Pick-Up Locations: Pick-up will be arranged from centrally located areas in Abu Dhabi for your convenience.
• Detailed Information Needed: To ensure a smooth transfer, kindly provide detailed information about your pick-up and drop-off locations and the desired time.
• Baggage Policy: Acceptance of oversized or excess baggage will depend on the availability of storage space in the vehicle.
• No Show Policy: If guests do not report within the specified time, it will be considered a NO Show, with no options for rescheduling or refunds.
• Refund Policy: Please note that there will be no refunds for unused or partially used services.
• Vehicle Regulations: Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tours that include transfer services.
