• Charges: If tours or tickets are canceled after booking, 100% charges will apply.

Child Policy

• Entry Restrictions: Children under 3 years are not allowed in the park.
• Child Classification: Children aged 3 to 8 years will be classified as children.
• Accompanied Children: Children between 95 cm and 140 cm in height must be accompanied by an adult for certain rides.

• Height and Weight Restrictions: Various attractions have height and weight restrictions that must be followed for safety.
• Height Guidelines: Children measuring between 95 cm and 140 cm in height must be accompanied by an adult on certain rides. Children under 95 cm may have limited access to some rides and attractions.
• Infant Restrictions: Infants are not permitted on specific rides for safety reasons.
• Supervision Required: Guardians must provide appropriate supervision and care for children at all times.
• Prohibited Activities: Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services.
