Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation Charges: If tours or tickets are canceled after booking, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.

Child Policy

• Child Rates: Children under 1.2 meters in height and below 7 years old will be classified as children and charged the child rate.
• Infants: Children aged 3 years and under can enter free of charge.
• Adult Rates: Children aged 7 years and above who exceed 1.2 meters in height will be considered adults and charged the adult rate.

Important Information

• Refund Policy: Please note that there will be no refunds for unused or partially used services.
• Swim Attire Policy: Guests must change into appropriate swimwear before entering the water areas. No refunds will be issued if guests are denied entry due to improper attire for a water park.
• Child Supervision: Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Children aged 3 years and older with a height exceeding 1.2 meters are permitted in the park.
• Food and Beverage Policy: No outside food, beverages, or alcohol are allowed inside Aquaventure.
• Attraction Availability: The service provider is not responsible if any attraction is non-operational due to technical issues.
• Family-Friendly Zones: Atlantis Aquaventure Waterpark features family-friendly areas designed for all ages.
• Safety Restrictions: Some attractions may have age or height restrictions for safety purposes. Always enter pools and attractions feet first; diving is strictly prohibited.
• Transfer Services: Shared transfers can only be arranged from centrally located Dubai hotels or residences. An additional surcharge applies for pick-up from areas outside of centrally located hotels or residences.
• Transfer Timing: Please be aware that transfer times may be adjusted by 30 to 60 minutes based on traffic conditions.
