• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your tour departure time will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
• Refund Processing: If eligible for a refund, your amount will be processed and returned to you within 7 working days.

Child Policy

• Infants: Children under 12 years old are classified as infants and can enter free of charge.
• Child Rates: Children aged 12 to 17 years will be considered children and charged the child rate.
• Adult Rates: Individuals aged 18 years and above will be classified as adults and charged the adult rate.
