Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled ride will incur no charges.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours will be subject to 100% cancellation fees.
• If eligible for a refund, the amount will be processed within 7 working days.

Child Policy

• Infants: Children under 3 years old can join the ride free of charge.
• Children Ages 3 to 12: Children in this age group will be charged a reduced rate.
• Children Aged 12 and Above: Participants over 12 will be charged the adult rate.
