Tour Exclusions

• Meals and Beverages: Unless specified, the cost of meals and beverages during the cruise is generally not included.
• Alcoholic Beverages: The price does not cover any alcoholic drinks.
• Snorkeling or Diving Equipment: Equipment for snorkeling or diving is not included in the tour package.
• Fishing Equipment: Fishing gear is also excluded from the tour.

Booking Policy

Cancellation Policy

• No Charge for Early Cancellations: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the tour departure time will incur no charges.
• Late Cancellation Fees: If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled tour departure, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
• Refund Process: If eligible for a refund, your amount will be credited back to your account within 7 working days.

Child Policy

• Infant Entry: Children under 3 years old are classified as infants and can join the tour for free.
• Child Rates: Children aged 3 to 10 years will be charged the child rate.
• Adult Rates for Older Children: Children over 10 years will be considered adults and charged the adult rate.

• Identification Required: A passport or Emirates ID is mandatory to carry during this trip.
• Dress Code: We recommend wearing lightweight summer clothing for comfort.

• Yacht Capacity: Our 33ft yacht can accommodate up to 8 passengers.
• Safety Regulations: Life jackets are mandatory for all passengers once aboard, in compliance with UAE rules and regulations.
• Minimum Booking Requirement: A minimum of 2 persons is required to book this experience.
• No Pets Allowed: Please note that no pets or animals of any kind are permitted on board.
• Vehicle Regulations: Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tours that include transfer services.
