• Free Cancellations: Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the tour departure time will incur no charges.
• Late Cancellations: If you cancel within 24 hours of your tour departure time, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
• Refund Process: If you are eligible for a refund, the amount will be returned to you within 7 working days.

Child Policy

• Infants: Children under 3 years old are considered infants and can enter free of charge.
• Child Rate: Children aged 3 to 10 years will be classified as children and charged the child rate.
• Adult Rate: Children over the age of 10 will be considered adults and charged the adult rate.
