• No Charges for Early Cancellations: Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the tour departure time will incur no charges.
• Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour departure time will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
• Refund Process: If eligible for a refund, your amount will be returned to you within 7 working days.

Child Policy

• Infant Policy: Children under 6 years are classified as infants and are not permitted for this activity.
• Child Rates: Children aged 6 to 17 years will be considered children and charged the child rate.
• Adult Rates: Individuals aged 18 years and above will be classified as adults and charged the adult rate.
