Booking Policy

Cancellation Policy

• No Charges: Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the tour departure time will incur no charges.
• Full Charges: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled tour departure will incur a 100% charge.
• Refund Process: If you are eligible for a refund, the amount will be returned to you within 7 working days.

Child Policy

• Infants: Children under 2 years old are considered infants and can enter free of charge.
• Children: Children aged 2 to 12 years will be classified as children and charged the child rate.
• Adults: Individuals over 12 years old will be considered adults and charged the adult rate.

Important Information 

• Arrival Time: Please arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes before your session begins to ensure a smooth experience.
• Transfer Locations: Shared transfers are available only from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai, including Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, and Marina.
• Transfer Timing: Please be aware that transfer times may vary based on traffic conditions and your specific location.
• Park Entry Fee: All entrants must pay an AED 5 fee to enter Creek Park. Tickets can be purchased directly at the counter or via a kiosk. Residents can use a NOL card or buy a ticket.
• Child Admission: Children under the age of 2 years can enter free of charge.
• Water Activity Requirements: Children participating in water activities must be 8 years or older and confident swimmers.
• Health Restrictions: Pregnant women and individuals with injuries are not permitted to swim with dolphins.
• Vehicle Policies: Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services.
• Seating Availability: Please note that seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
