Important Information

• ID Requirements: Please bring a valid ID or passport with you for this activity.
• Age Restrictions: Participants must be aged 12 to 65 years. Riders under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian on the appointment date.
• Physical Requirements: You must be a minimum height of 130 cm, weigh between 45-100 kg, and be in good medical condition.
• Dress Code: Wear comfortable clothing and closed shoes. Skirts, dresses, flip-flops, or any loose footwear are not permitted. Please tie back long hair and leave large accessories, such as earrings and bracelets, at home. Additionally, respect local UAE culture by dressing modestly.
• Locker Availability: Small lockers are provided for storing items like handbags, wallets, keys, and mobile phones. Please note that there is no locker space for shopping bags or luggage, and storage is limited, so empty your locker after your ride.
• Media Recording: A camera will be attached to your helmet throughout the experience. You will receive a personalized video and photos sent to the email used for registration.
• Health Restrictions: Pregnant individuals are not allowed to participate. Guests should not be under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or any substances that impair judgment. Additionally, participants should be free from serious physical or mental disorders and medical conditions requiring immediate attention.
• Cancellation Policy: XLine Dubai does not provide refunds or damages for canceled bookings for any reason.
