• No Charge for Early Cancellations: Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the tour departure time will incur no charges.
• Late Cancellation Fees: If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled tour departure, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
• Refund Process: If eligible for a refund, your amount will be credited back to you within 7 working days.

Child Policy

• Infant Entry: Children under 3 years old are classified as infants and can join the tour for free.
• Child Rates: Children aged 3 to 10 years will be charged the child rate.
• Adult Rates for Older Children: Children over 10 years will be considered adults and charged the adult rate.
