• No Charges: Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the tour departure time incur no charges.
• Cancellation Charges: Cancellations made within 48 hours of your tour departure time will incur 100% charges.
• Refund Process: If eligible for a refund, your amount will be returned to your account within 7 working days.

Child Policy

• Age Requirement: Children above 2 years can fly, but due to regulations, they must occupy their own seat.

• Passport Requirement: Guests must carry their original passport for the helicopter ride. Soft copies will not be accepted; failure to comply will result in being marked as a no-show.
• Arrival Time: All passengers are required to arrive at the heliport at least 45 minutes before the scheduled flight time.
• Prohibited Items: Smoking, food, and beverages are strictly prohibited during the helicopter flight.
• Weight Check: Passengers' weight will be verified before boarding to ensure compliance with helicopter weight and balance regulations.
• Dress Code: It is advisable to dress comfortably in light sportswear. Please refrain from wearing earrings and large jewelry items on board.

• Insurance Coverage: All passengers are covered by insurance in accordance with local UAE Civil Aviation Authority regulations.
• Weather Conditions: All flights are subject to weather and visibility conditions.
• Health Restrictions: Individuals with heart conditions, physical disabilities, recent major surgeries, or pregnant women are not permitted to participate in this activity.
