Cancellation Policy

• No Charges for Early Cancellations: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the tour departure time will incur no charges.
• Late Cancellation Fees: If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled tour departure, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
• Refund Process: If you qualify for a refund, the amount will be credited back to your account within 7 working days.

Child Policy

• Age Requirement: Children over 2 years old are required to have their own seat due to regulations, and therefore can participate in the flight.

• Original Passport Required: Guests must bring their original passport for the helicopter ride. Soft copies are not accepted. Failure to comply will result in being marked as a no-show.
• Arrival Time: All passengers must arrive at the Heliport 45 minutes before their scheduled flight.
• Prohibited Items: Smoking, food, and beverages are strictly forbidden on helicopter flights.
• Weight Check: Each passenger's weight will be verified before boarding to ensure compliance with helicopter weight and balance regulations.
• Dress Code: Passengers are advised to wear comfortable and light sportswear. Earrings and large pieces of jewelry are not permitted onboard.
• Tour Routes: Routes may vary due to air traffic control regulations or other operational and safety considerations.
• Insurance Coverage: All passengers are insured as per local UAE Civil Aviation Authority regulations.
• Weather Conditions: All flights are subject to weather and visibility conditions.
• Shared Transfers: Shared transfers are available only from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai, including Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, and Marina.
• Health Restrictions: This activity is not suitable for heart patients, individuals with physical impairments, those who have undergone major surgery recently, or pregnant women.
• Vehicle Regulations: Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services.
