Tour Exclusions

• Personal Expenses: Please note that all personal expenses incurred on shopping, drinks, dining, and other activities on-site during the tour are not included.

Booking Policy

Cancellation Policy

• Flexible Cancellations: Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time will incur no charges.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your tour departure time will incur 100% charges.
• Refund Process: If eligible for a refund, your amount will be returned to you within 7 working days.

Child Policy

• Child Classification: Children aged 1 to 16 years will be classified as children and charged the child rate.
• Adult Classification: Guests aged 17 and above will be classified as adults and charged adult rates.

• ID Verification: It is mandatory to carry a valid ID proof or passport during your visit for verification purposes.
• Adult Entry Policy: Please note that entry to KidZania is restricted to adults accompanying at least one child. This policy helps maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all visitors.
• Height Restrictions: For the safety of children, those measuring below 120 cm in height must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Food and Beverage Policy: We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing outside food and beverages into KidZania. A wide variety of food options are available for children within the premises.
• Prohibited Activities: Our terms and conditions strictly prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside vehicles during any tour that includes transfer services.
