Booking Policy

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation Charges: If tours or tickets are canceled after booking, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.

Child Policy

• Infant Policy: Children under 2 years old are classified as infants and are not permitted in the La Perle Theatre.
• Child Rates: Children aged 2 to 12 years will be classified as children and charged the child rate where applicable.
• Adult Rates: Guests aged 13 and above will be considered adults and charged the adult rate.

Important Information

• Photo ID Requirement: Please bring a photo ID for verification purposes.
• Transfer Details: Transfers are provided from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai (including Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, and Marina). Only private transfers are available for this activity.
• Seat Assignments: Seats are assigned automatically based on availability, and guests do not have the option to select their preferred seats. Please note that seat rows and availability are dynamic, and no amendments to seat assignments can be accepted after booking.
• Dress Code: A smart casual dress code is required at La Perle.
• Booking Validity: Your booking is only valid for the selected date and time slot.
• Closure Days: Please note that La Perle is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
• Dinner Package: The dinner package is valid only on the day of the show. Restaurant reservations will be automatically made for the following times: 8:00 PM for the 6:30 PM shows and 7:00 PM for the 9:00 PM shows.
• Vehicle Conduct: Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services.
