• Cancellation Charges: If tours or tickets are canceled after booking, 100% charges will apply.

Child Policy

• Free Entry for Children: Children under 18 years old will be classified as children and can enter free of charge.
• Adult Classification: Guests aged 18 and above will be considered adults and will be charged the adult rate.

• ID Requirement: Please carry a valid ID or passport during your visit for verification purposes.
• Complimentary Child Tickets: Child tickets are free but must be booked in advance. They will be scanned at the museum entrance.
• Senior Citizens: Locals or UAE residents aged 60 and above can obtain complimentary tickets at the counter. Please bring an ID to verify age.
• Accessibility: Wheelchairs and strollers are available for guests' convenience, ensuring a comfortable visit for everyone.
• Admission Hours: The last admission to the Louvre Museum is at 5:30 PM. Please note that the museum is closed on Mondays.
• Prohibited Activities: Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside vehicles during any tour that includes transfer services.
• Guided Tour Slots: Guided tours operate at two times, 12 PM and 4 PM. Please specify your preferred time slot when booking.

On October 25, 2024, the Louvre Abu Dhabi will close at 6:30 PM for filming.
