Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more prior to the tour departure time will incur no charges.
• If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled tour departure, 100% cancellation charges will apply.
• If you are eligible for a refund, the amount will be processed and returned to you within 7 working days.

Child Policy

• Infants: Children under 3 years old are considered infants and can enter free of charge.
• Children Ages 3 to 10: Children in this age group will be categorized as children and charged the child rate.
• Children Aged 10 and Above: Those over 10 years old will be classified as adults and charged the adult rate.
