Booking Policy

Cancellation Policy

• Free Cancellations: Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the tour departure time incur no charges.
• Late Cancellations: If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled departure time, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
• Refund Process: If eligible for a refund, your amount will be returned to your account within 7 working days.

Child Policy

• Child Rates: Children aged 5 to 11 years will be classified as children and charged the child rate.
• Adult Rates: Guests aged 12 years and older will be considered adults and charged the adult rate.

Important Information

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please take note of the following essential details:

• Valid ID Requirement: Guests must present a valid ID proof or passport. Those without proper identification will not be permitted to fly.
• Waiver Form Submission: The waiver form must be completed and submitted online 24 hours prior to your flight. Access the form at Rayna Waiver. Please upload a copy of your passport in image format only.
• Communication: A valid WhatsApp number is required for reservations to facilitate communication regarding pickup times and tour updates.
• Pickup Time Notification: The Balloon Flights team will provide the exact pickup time the evening before the tour, between 7:00 PM and 8:30 PM.
• Punctuality: Arrive at the pickup location at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time, as delays may result in cancellation of the flight.
• Transfer Adjustments: Pickup and drop-off times for private transfers may vary by 30 to 60 minutes due to traffic conditions and your location.
• Breakfast Option: A buffet breakfast is available for an additional 100 AED per person.
• Age Restrictions: Children under five years old and individuals over 80 years old are not permitted to fly.
• Weight Limit: The maximum weight limit is 119 kg. Guests exceeding this limit require pilot approval and may incur an extra charge.
• Pregnancy Policy: Pregnant guests will not be allowed to fly.
• Cancellation Policy: A 100% NO SHOW fee applies if a guest cancels at the last moment. No alternate tours will be arranged, and no refunds will be issued.
• Health and Safety: All participants must be in good physical condition, capable of climbing in and out of the basket, and able to bend into a brace position during landing. The company is not liable for any adverse health conditions, as participation is at the guest's own risk.
• Disability Restrictions: Guests with disabilities, including mental health, emotional, or physical conditions, are not permitted to participate.
• Luggage Policy: Heavy luggage is not allowed during the activity.
• Substance Policy: Individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs are strictly prohibited from flying.
• Dress Code: Comfortable, casual clothing is recommended. Avoid high heels and opt for comfy shoes or boots.
• Health Advisory: This activity is not recommended for individuals with heart conditions, serious knee or back problems, those who have undergone major surgery in the past six months, or anyone with a fear of heights.
• Weather Conditions: Balloon flights are subject to weather conditions. The pilot has full authority to decide whether to proceed with or cancel the flight, prioritizing guest safety. If a flight is canceled due to bad weather, guests will be offered the next available tour date or a full refund.
