Cancellation Policy

• Free Cancellation: Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the tour departure time will incur no charges.
• Cancellation Fees: For cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour departure time, a 100% cancellation fee will be applied.
• Refund Process: If you are eligible for a refund, the amount will be credited back to your account within 7 working days.

Child Policy

• Age Restrictions: Children under the age of 18 years are not permitted to participate in this activity.
• Adult Rates: Guests who are 18 years and older will be charged at the adult rates.

Important information

• ID Requirements: Please ensure to carry a valid ID proof or passport with you while on the tour.
• Transfer Services: Transfers are exclusively provided from the Abu Dhabi city center areas.
• Health Restrictions: Pregnant women, individuals with heart conditions, and those with other sensitive ailments are not permitted to participate in this activity.
• Parental Guidance: All children participating in our safari and excursions must be under the guidance and responsibility of their parents or guardians.
• Prohibited Items: Smoking and alcohol consumption, as well as carrying alcoholic beverages, are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
• Photography Rules: Photography of military, police installations, and other government agencies is strictly forbidden. Please refrain from photographing local women and ensure you ask for permission before taking pictures of local residents.
• Ramadan Schedule Changes: Please note that the schedule may change during the holy month of Ramadan; alcohol and belly dancing will not be permitted during this period.
• Weather and Government Restrictions: In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, government-imposed restrictions, or similar circumstances, the supplier reserves the right to cancel or amend the activity, and you will be informed in advance.
• Age Recommendations: Due to safety considerations, children under 18 years are not recommended for this tour.
• Vehicle Regulations: Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tours that include transfer services.
• Quad Bike Disclaimer: Please note that there is no insurance coverage for using Quad Bikes (125 CC). Clients will be required to sign a disclaimer form/waiver before starting the quad biking activity.
