Booking Policy

Cancellation Policy

• No Charges for Early Cancellations: Cancellations made 60 hours or more before the tour departure time will incur no charges.
• Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made within 60 hours of the tour departure time will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
• Refund Process: If you are eligible for a refund, your amount will be returned to your account within 7 working days.

Child Policy

• Age Restrictions: Children under 10 years of age are not permitted for this activity.
• Child Rates: Children aged 10 to 17 years will be classified as children and charged the child rate.
• Adult Rates: Individuals aged 18 years and above will be considered adults and charged the adult rate.

• Identification Requirements: A passport and Emirates ID are mandatory to carry during this activity.

• Pick-Up Details: Pick-up will be arranged from your Dubai hotel or residence only; airport pick-up is not available.
• Transfer Options: A transfer option is available if selected at the time of booking.
• Medical Liability for Minors: Divers aged 10 to 17 years must have a signed medical liability form from a parent or guardian.
• Session Briefing: Each session includes a 30-minute briefing before diving.
• Post-Activity Travel: It is recommended to avoid flying for at least 18 hours after this activity.
• What to Bring: Please bring comfortable shoes, swimwear, a towel, and casual clothing.
• Vehicle Policy: Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside vehicles during tours that include transfer services.
