Snowy Slopes

Ski Dubai boasts five distinct slopes, catering to various skill levels, including the world's first indoor black diamond run. Whether you’re a novice or a seasoned skier or snowboarder, you’ll find slopes perfectly suited to your abilities.

Snow Park

The Snow Park at Ski Dubai is a thrilling attraction offering an array of activities for visitors of all ages. Enjoy snow tubing, tobogganing, climbing towers, and giant snowballs, or explore the interactive snow play area for endless fun.

Ski and Snowboarding Lessons

Ski Dubai provides professional ski and snowboarding lessons for all levels, from beginners to advanced riders. Certified instructors are on hand to help you learn or enhance your skills on the slopes.

Winter Adventures

In addition to skiing and snowboarding, Ski Dubai offers unique winter experiences. Try the Snow Bullet, an indoor zipline that delivers an exhilarating ride above the slopes, or roll down the slope inside a giant inflatable ball with the Giant Ball attraction.

Snow Classic Package

• Unlimited Access: Full-day access to the Snow Park, Snow Cavern, tobogganing, giant balls, bobsled, tube run, and bumper cars.
• Chairlift and Mountain Thriller: One-time ride on both attractions.

Snow Plus Package

• Unlimited Access: Full-day access to the Snow Park, Snow Cavern, tobogganing, giant balls, bobsled, tube run, and bumper cars.
• Unlimited Chairlift and Mountain Thriller: Enjoy unlimited rides on both attractions.
• Slope Access: 2 hours on the slopes (intermediate level 2 skiers/snowboarders only) or two rides on the Snow Bullet zipline.

2-Hour Slope Session

• Skiing/Snowboarding: Enjoy a 2-hour session on the slopes (intermediate level 2 required).
• Winter Gear Provided: Includes jackets, trousers, disposable socks, boots, skis/snowboards, and poles.
• Snow Park Access: Not included.

Full-Day Slope Session

• Full-Day Access: Multiple entries to the slopes for skiing or snowboarding (intermediate level 2 required).
• Winter Gear Provided: Jackets, trousers, disposable socks, boots, skis/snowboards, and poles (hat not included).
• Snow Park Access: Not included.
• Lockers: Available for your convenience.
• Fleece Gloves: Provided for added warmth.

Snow Premium Package

• Unlimited Activities: Enjoy all snow fun activities and rides, including tobogganing, bobsledding, tubing run, snow bumpers, zorb ball, chairlift, mountain thriller, and Snow Bullet.
• Penguin Encounter: Participate in a 40-minute penguin encounter (photos with cell phones are not allowed).
• Slope Day Pass: Access for experienced skiers/snowboarders or a one-hour discovery lesson for beginners.
• Refreshments: Enjoy a hot chocolate drink.
• Winter Gear Provided: Includes jackets, trousers, disposable socks, snow/ski/snowboard boots, and waterproof gloves.
• Lockers: Available for your convenience.

Tour Exclusions

• Personal Expenses: All personal expenses for shopping, drinks, dining, and other on-site costs during the tour are not included.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation Charges: If tours or tickets are canceled after booking, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.

Child Policy

• Infants: Children under 3 years old are classified as infants and are not permitted to participate in this activity.
• Child Rates: Children aged 3 to 13 years will be charged at the child rate.
• Adult Rates: Children aged 14 years and older will be charged at the adult rate.

Important Information

• Confirmation for Snow Premium: For the Snow Premium package, please confirm your booking slot with our operations team at least 48 hours prior to your visit.
• Confirmation Email: Guests must bring the confirmation email to the venue for Snow Premium. If you haven't received it, please check with our team regarding your booking status before arriving.
• Safety Gear Provided: Ski and snowboard equipment, jackets, trousers, disposable socks, snow boots, fleece gloves, and helmets will be provided at the venue for safety.
• Helmet Policy: Helmets are mandatory for all children under 13 years old.
• Snow Bullet Ride Requirements: Children must be at least 8 years old, 125 cm tall, and weigh over 30 kg to ride the Snow Bullet. Adults must weigh no more than 120 kg.
• Height and Weight Restrictions: Some rides and attractions have specific height and weight restrictions, so please check before participating.
• Photography Restrictions: Mobile phones and cameras are not permitted in the Penguin Encounter area.
• Dining Options: Eating and drinking on the cold side are only allowed at the Avalanche Café and North 28 Restaurant, open from 10 AM to midnight.
• No Refund Policy: There will be no refunds for unused or partially used services.
• Child Supervision: Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Food and Drink Policy: Guests are prohibited from bringing food and drinks into the park.
• Slope Access: Access to the slopes is available only for experienced skiers and snowboarders.
• Vehicle Regulations: Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside vehicles during any tour that includes transfer services.
