Booking Policy

Cancellation Policy

• No Charges: Enjoy peace of mind with no charges for cancellations made 24 hours or more before your tour departure time.
• Full Charges: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled departure will incur 100% charges.
• Refund Process: If eligible for a refund, your payment will be processed and returned within 7 working days.

Child Policy

• Age Restrictions: Children under 12 years are not permitted to participate in this activity.
• Adult Rates: Children 12 years and older will be charged at the adult rate.

Important Information

• Identification: Carry your passport or Emirates ID as it is mandatory for participation.
• Age Restrictions: Children under 12 years are not permitted. Guests aged 12 to 65 years can participate, but minors under 18 years must have parental consent in person.
• Weight Requirements: Participants must weigh between 30 kg and 120 kg.
• Height Requirements: Guests must be between 130 cm and 200 cm tall.
• Dress Code: Wear modest and comfortable clothing. Avoid loose dresses, skirts, flip-flops, loose footwear, and long scarves for safety.
• Health Notifications: Please inform Sky Views staff of any disabilities or conditions that may affect your ability to complete the experience. This includes, but is not limited to, neck or back issues, heart conditions, nervous disorders, motion sickness, epilepsy, or pregnancy.
• Ticket Validity: Your ticket is valid for the selected date and time slot.
• Vehicle Policy: Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside vehicles during tours that include transfer services.
• Access Information: Sky Views can be accessed through The Address Sky View Tower at Level 1, next to the residence entrance, or via The Dubai Mall metro link to the main entrance of Sky Views at Level 1 (next to Marina Pharmacy).

Please note that the Sky View Observatory will operate from 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM on December 31, 2024.
