• Cancellation Charges: If tours or tickets are canceled after booking, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.

• Dress Code: Wear athletic, comfortable clothing. T-shirts or tops with sleeves and shorts that cover the thigh area are recommended to ensure a comfortable fit for the harness.
• Jewelry and Accessories: Customers are advised to remove any valuable jewelry, watches, or accessories before your skydive. Free personal lockers are available at our locations for your convenience.
• Protective Gear: Each customer will receive protective eye goggles to wear during their skydive. If you require prescription glasses or lenses, please wear them.
• Scuba Diving Precaution: Please avoid scuba diving for at least 24 hours prior to your tandem skydive.
• Vehicle Conduct: Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services.
