Cancellation Policy

• If tours or tickets are canceled after booking, a 100% cancellation fee will be applied.

Child Policy

• For safety reasons, children under the age of 2 years are not permitted to enter Snow Abu Dhabi.
• Children aged 2 years and above, but under 1.2 meters in height, will be classified as children and charged the child rate.
• Children who are 1.2 meters in height or taller will be considered adults and charged the adult rate.

Important Information

Refund Policy: Please note that there will be no refunds issued for unused or partially used services.

Age Restrictions: For safety reasons, children under the age of 2 years are not permitted to enter Snow Abu Dhabi.

Accompanied Minors: Guests under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult aged 16 or older.
