Cancellation Policy

• Free Cancellations: Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the tour departure time are eligible for no charges.
• Late Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour departure time will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
• Refund Processing: If you qualify for a refund, the amount will be processed and returned to you within 7 working days.

Child Policy

• Infant Admission: Children under 3 years old are classified as infants and can join the tour free of charge.
• Child Rates: Children aged 3 to 10 years will be charged the child rate.
• Adult Rates: Children over 10 years will be considered adults and charged the adult rate.
