Cancellation Policy

• Free Cancellations: Cancellations made 72 hours prior to the tour departure time incur no charges.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 72 hours of your tour departure time will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
• Refund Processing: If you are eligible for a refund, the amount will be returned to your account within 7 working days.

Child Policy

• Infants: Children under 3 years old are classified as infants and can enter free of charge.
• Child Rates: Children aged 3 to 8 years will be considered as children and charged the child rate.
• Adult Rates: Children aged 9 years and above will be classified as adults and charged the adult rate.

• ID Requirement: Please bring a valid photo ID or passport with you, as it is necessary for entry.
• Booking Confirmation: Your booking confirmation is valid only for the selected date and time.
• Shared Transfers: Shared transfers are available only from centrally located hotels and residences within Dubai city (including Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, and Marina).
• Liability Disclaimer: The management is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during your visit.
• Child Policy: Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times for safety.
• Food and Beverages Policy: Outside food and beverages may not be allowed inside the park premises.
• Entry Compliance: The venue reserves the right to refuse entry for non-compliance with rules and regulations.
• Vehicle Policy: Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services.
• Important Update: Effective March 1, 2025, the cancellation policy for Burj Khalifa tickets will transition to a non-refundable policy in line with supplier guidelines. Additionally, no reschedule or cancellation requests will be accepted after this date.
